  • Analytics Providers: We may share aggregated or de-identified usage data with analytics providers to help us understand how our Service is used.
  • Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or protect against legal liability.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

This period typically does not exceed [e.g., 90 days] after service completion for one-time plans, or for the duration of your active Continuous plan subscription.
  • Payment Information: Transactional data is retained as required by financial regulations. We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Usage Logs & Analytics Data: Typically retained for up to [e.g., 12-24 months] for analysis and service improvement.

You can request the deletion of your personal information subject to our legal and contractual obligations.
